By accessing my services, you understand the following policies:

• Any fees paid for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refund.
  • Note: this policy may be suspended at my discretion. I understand that life happens. If there’s an emergency and you can’t make our scheduled time, let me know and we can make alternative arrangements.
• No-call no-shows are not eligible for refund. If you are not on our call within 15 minutes of our start time, I’ll consider it a no-call no-show.
• If I am unable to make a scheduled appointment time within 24 hours, I will try to re-book with you at your earliest convenience or, if you prefer, provide a full refund.
• All consultation fees are payable via PayPal. Billing is handled at booking and you may pay via card or PayPal at that time.
• Your appointment time will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
