Join me for a webinar on Jupiter’s transit of Capricorn: Thursday, 12 December 2019, 9:30PM EST via Zoom!

Jupiter will transit cold and craggy Capricorn from December 2019 to December 2020. During this time, he will be in the sign of his fall, following Saturn, Ketu, and Pluto all the while and piecing the ruins of their transit back together. This begs the question: will we simply rebuild the blitzed cathedral as it once was, or will we envision a new way of living in the world?

In his fall, Jupiter is the defiant voice of prayers and songs rising from rubble. The blitzed cathedral, its walls and vaults reduced to a jumble of stones, fills again with light and hope. Having seen the ruin that hubris and self-aggrandizement can wreak on humanity, Jupiter dares to shed the deity act and invites us all onto a journey alongside him of relentless fidelity to those with whom we share this fragile land.

This webinar explores the imagery of Jupiter in fall and envisions deeply rooted, decentralized spiritual praxis as a subtly daring way of life, with practical implications of Jupiter’s transit through each of the twelve houses—and ideas for remediating the same.

The cost of attendance is $25, a percentage of which will be donated to the United Church of Christ Refugee Emergency Fund.
